Sealed Bid Sale (Bid has been accepted)

We have been retained by the Juanita McCauley Estate to sell its farm property located east of Greeley, in Weld County, Colorado. The farm will be offered for sale using a sealed bid process, as detailed below.

Bid Period: Bids will be accepted until Noon, June 23, 2022. (Closed- Bid has been accepted)

Bids MUST be presented on the enclosed McCauley Farm Offer Sheet, in writing, signed by the bidder and include the $100,000.00 deposit check, and delivered to Austin & Austin Real Estate at the following address PRIOR to the ABOVE DEADLINE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Minimum Bid Amount: $2,200,000.00

Deposit: Each bid MUST include a non-refundable deposit check in the amount of $100,000.00, made payable to Stewart Title. If your bid is accepted, your check will be deposited, cashed and it will be forfeited if the transaction fails to close, through no fault of seller, according to the terms and conditions as outlined in the REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT, a copy of which can be accessed at the ‘Purchase Contract’ link below.

NOTE: Bids made without an accompanying Deposit check will not be considered.
If your bid is not accepted your original Deposit check will be returned.

Terms: CASH, no buyer contingencies will be accepted.

Closing: On or before August 10, 2022

Real Estate Contract: The chosen bidder shall enter into a REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT prepared by Sellers Attorney.

No Buyer contingencies allowed. The $100,000.00 Deposit money shall be non-refundable.

Seller reserves the right to accept, reject, and or counter any and all offers.

Title Insurance: Title Insurance will be provided by the Seller through Stewart/Unified Title Company. Copies of said Commitment for Title Insurance for your review can be accessed at the ‘Title Work’ link below.
