A Family of Local Agents

An Austin family member has been involved with the company since its inception more than a century ago. Following his service in the Pacific during World War II, E.R. Austin, Jr. opened the Greeley office and relocated to manage it in the early 1950s. His stepson, Bruce Willard, joined the company following his service in the United States Air Force in 1987. Continuing the family legacy, Bruce’s daughter, Natalie Snead, joined Austin & Austin Real Estate in 2015 and now serves as the company’s primary owner.

Today, Austin & Austin Real Estate remains a family-owned and operated business led by a dedicated partnership team consisting of Natalie Snead, Primary Owner; Ted Carlson, Partner; Chuck Bowles, Partner and Managing Broker; and Dale Souther, Partner. Together, they bring decades of combined experience and a shared commitment to serving clients throughout Northern Colorado.

Every broker at Austin & Austin is either a multi-generational Northern Colorado native or has deep ties to the communities they serve, with many family connections dating back to the 1800s. This local knowledge, combined with generations of real estate experience, allows the company to provide clients with exceptional insight and service.
